{"id":834,"date":"2021-02-11T16:26:05","date_gmt":"2021-02-12T00:26:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/matsumotomd.com\/?page_id=834"},"modified":"2021-02-11T16:26:05","modified_gmt":"2021-02-12T00:26:05","slug":"covid-after-hours","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/matsumotomd.com\/en\/covid-after-hours\/","title":{"rendered":"Issuance outside of normal office hours"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you would like to have the certificate issued outside of our clinic\u2019s hours, please read the following carefully before contacting us.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please send us all the information needed, other than the test result, and pay the document fee during our normal office hours<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Please make sure to include \u201cdate and time of the sample collection or the appointment time for the test\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The document fee will be $100 for everyone, whether you are a patient of ours or not.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If for any reason we are not able to issue a certificate (positive test result, inadequate information, etc.), we will refund $50 for every document.
